The Whitney R. Harris provides advice and assistance to other Washington University departments and transnational components of the Law School, and fosters collaboration among colleagues at home and abroad who are engaged in international or comparative work.
The Harris Institute uses a combination of education and research to increase global knowledge and understanding, promote the rule of law, and address problems that require international cooperation and international solutions.
