- WashU Engineers Without Borders student chapter partners with communities around the world to improve their quality of life through the implementation of environmentally sustainable, equitable, and economical engineering projects.
Course-based Opportunities
Sometimes, international experiences are integrated into a course. A few examples are highlighted below. For more information, review WashU’s Course Listings.
- Rome: The First 2,000 Years (Art History and Archeology 4395) offers students an overview of the history, topography, art, and architecture of the city of Rome and includes a week-long trip to Rome over Spring Break.
- International Experience (E33 EECE 411) focuses on issues related to energy and the environment in a global context and includes a visit to a McDonnell Academy partner institution.
International Fellowships and Scholarships
WashU provides specialized advising for undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni to identify and apply for a number of national and international fellowships and scholarships.
