On June 9, the Digital Health Leadership Workshop took place at Impact Hub London Euston. Leaders from both sides of the Atlantic gathered to explore the latest advancements in digital health. Key themes included the crucial need to convert abundant data into actionable insights that benefit patient outcomes.
Discussions were led by Dr. Philip Payne on evaluating digital health interventions, developing dynamic systems, and effective communication within complex environments. Presentations on digital health governance and the importance of evaluating interventions were delivered by Dr. Albert Lai and Dr. Thomas Kannampallil. The day concluded with a pitch competition, spearheaded by Andrea Krussel, focusing on creating a narrative for multiple audiences around health-care innovation.
Throughout the week, productive meetings were held with key partners, including the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, The University of Warwick, and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. These collaborations focus on research and teaching initiatives that promote innovation and advance health care across borders.
